Python4s January 24, 2012 at 9:38 pm: mate , im 5″8 and around 11-12% bodyfat and 192lbs … people comment that im built and could compete in the next year …………. my MAX in around 250lbs bench , and i look MUCH more Buff than you ! Nobody is suddenly benching 450lbs after taking that PH . im 99% natural and i believe in good training and good reps and good diet = good muscle . going on saying here you bench 450 is ridiculous .. kevin levrone is buff again and only manages 405lbs . silly promo vid im afraid

This guy looks to he around 240+ pounds. 455 seems to be realistic to me. Had a classmate in highschool who was 220 pounds and benches 415. But you guys go ahead and think your 225 pound max is good haha
